As a manager I led a full ERP rollout and sat on the “other side of the table”. I experienced every step from the user’s perspective—from process analysis to key-user selection—gaining deep insight into real-world corporate challenges.

During these years, I realized: Forcing unique workflows into rigid off-the-shelf software drives costs up, slows progress, and frustrates teams. The takeaway: software must adapt to the company, not the other way round.
What began as a “minor tweak” turned into a multimillion-euro project.
Discovering Flutter
As an early adopter, I recognized the potential of the UI toolkit with Google's first stable Flutter version: one code base, native apps on all platforms – the future-proof alternative to rigid legacy systems.
